Your first visit, without the guesswork.
The first appointment sets the foundation: we learn your history and your goals, you get to know Dr. Feng, and nothing is decided without you understanding it. Here’s what to expect — and how to save time before you arrive.
About an hour. Four unhurried steps.
A first visit is an exam and a conversation — not a sales pitch. If you need a cleaning or treatment, we’ll usually schedule it for a follow-up so nothing is rushed.
Before you arrive
Book online through NexHealth or call. Before your visit, complete your patient forms through NexHealth and provide your dental insurance details so we can check your plan.
A conversation first
Your medical and dental history, what’s bothering you, and what you’d like to change. Dr. Feng listens before she looks — this part is unhurried on purpose.
The exam
A complete exam of teeth, gums and bite, digital X-rays when they’re due, and an intraoral scan if we need a 3D model. Everything shows up on the screen in front of you.
Your plan
What we found, what we recommend and why — with options and costs before anything is scheduled. You’ll never be talked into treatment you don’t need.
What to bring to your first visit.
Please complete your patient forms through NexHealth before your appointment. If you need help, contact our office — we’re happy to assist.
- 01A photo ID
- 02Your dental insurance card, if you have one
- 03A list of current medications and allergies
- 04Recent X-rays from a previous dentist, if available
Know the cost before you sit down.
We accept most traditional dental insurance plans — Aetna, Cigna, Delta Dental, MetLife, Guardian and many more — and are in-network with PPO plans. If you have any question about your plan’s coverage, please call us before booking; it takes two minutes and avoids surprises.
Uncompromising care. Listening first.
The practice works toward one shared vision. These are the commitments behind it.
Listen to the people we serve
Your concerns set the agenda. We ask before we act, and we explain before we recommend.
